The oldest remaining family-run construction company in the North West has added seven new members of staff to its full-time team.
The 142-year-old company, which earlier this year moved its HQ to Ancoats from Stockport, has seen increased growth resulting in the recruitment of two Quantity Surveyors, an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, a Contracts Managers, a Senior Estimator, an Estimating Assistant, and a Receptionist/Office Administrator.
Director, Andrea Armitage said: "We are obviously delighted with the company's continued increase in growth and the building projects we have undertaken, many of which are high profile, the most recent being Quarry Bank Mill, Elizabeth Gaskell's House, Saddleworth Museum and of course our own HQ.
"Our portfolio covers a broad range of sectors, including Heritage, Healthcare, Education, Residential and Commercial," added Andrea.
"Much of our success we credit to the fact that we have a full-time, hand-picked, time-served team of skilled builders who have a specialist skill set in which their knowledge of the industry excels in each and every job that we undertake," she explained.
"We combine our knowledge and expertise with commercial common sense, to enable our clients to achieve the completion of their projects on time, within budget and to the highest standard, which is proving to be a winning formula!"
