Justifiably proud of our history, dating back to a joiner’s shop in Hyde, in 1874. The growth and success, which Armitage has enjoyed since, enabled it to develop into today’s business, and from 2016 has operated from refurbished offices within the Ancoats Conservation Area of Manchester.
Forged upon a legacy of traditional housebuilding, Armitage has evolved into a provider of contemporary project solutions, with an expanding property portfolio, integrated project management division, and buildings management arm.
Today, Daniel Armitage, is the 5th generation of his family to lead the company. Daniel tasked himself with developing a modern approach to meet the new demands and requests of the construction industry.
Still proud to employ our own skilled tradesmen. Under Daniel’s guidance, we continuously invest in the development of our workforce, incorporating the latest training initiatives, technologies, and working practices, to help keep our place at the progressive-edge of the industry.
